We’re Hiring – Level 1 Service Desk Engineer – Mobility Products
Level 1 remote support of our Enterprise Mobility (EM) product suite which includes AirWatch, MobileIron, IBM MaaS360, Microsoft EM+S, Checkpoint Sandblast MTP and Wandera within our customer base across the UK and Ireland. Delivery of Device Kitting projects onsite (CWSI offices) or Offsite (on a customer’s site).
Bring 1st level tickets to resolution or escalate when required following chain of escalation
Always going the ‘extra mile’ with customers to improve business relationships and potentially up-sell
Who This Role Might Suit
Individual who has previously supported day to day administration and 1st level support queries for EM products • Individual who has in-depth knowledge of supporting a smartphone fleet and device operating systems
The role will prove very rewarding for a candidate looking to further their technical career as CWSI is deeply engaged in the emerging field of enterprise mobility and is constantly working to expand into other related technical fields. The right candidate has the potential to grow with the company and work towards more senior technical positions as they become available.
Remuneration will be negotiated with the candidate based on their experience and technical ability.
