With over 25 years’ experience in the Mobile Telecoms arena Ronan has been involved in multiple start-ups and subsequent business disposals over his career.
As a recognised thought leader and market strategist in mobility, he has been invited to participate as judge, panellist and speaker at various mobile technology events.
He has also acted as advisor to many vendors wishing to participate in the Irish market.
During his time with CWSI he has provided strategic advice to many of Ireland’s leading corporations in the area of Enterprise Mobility.
Philip has over 15 years’ experience in the IT service sector with a strong educational foundation in computer science – a Computer Science graduate of Trinity College, Dublin.
His experience ranges from first-level user support to major infrastructure consultancy to management. Philip worked with customers of all sizes in all major vertical markets and is recognised as the leading authority in mobile IT in the Irish market.

Chief Operating Officer
Worked in the Telecommunications and IT industry for 15 years – joined CWSI over 4 years ago after spending 10 Years working for Vodafone Ireland.
During the time in Vodafone managed various Customer Care sections ranging from team sizes of 10 to 100, her last role with Vodafone was workforce manager which involved the scheduling of all customer care teams across 3 call centres and 19 business divisions. During this time worked on projects such as the rollout of 3G, Full Mobile Number Portability and Fixed/Mobile Convergence. During the time with CWSI managed the Customer Care and Service teams delivering service to our customer which include, mobile networks, to small businesses, to some of the top companies and government departments in Ireland.
Specialties include First/Second/Third Line Support and project planning/Implementation for Windows Server Platforms, Microsoft Exchange Platforms, VMware, Zyxel and Sonicwall Firewalls, antivirus solutions, onsite/Online Backup solutions, iOs/Android Platforms and devices.
Mobile Solutions Architect
Paul has over 14 years experience in the ICT sector. He worked for UPC for the last 13 years moving up through roles from desktop Engineer to Systems Administrator and finally, Senior Systems Engineer, managing all of UPC Ireland’s internal IT Datacentres.
Apart from in-depth knowledge on managing large scale Enterprise infrastructure such as Citrix, VMWare, Microsoft Active Directory, Lync and Exchange environments among others, Paul also holds several security qualifications including CISSP and is a Associate Committee Member of the Irish Information Security Forum (IISF). Paul also holds a diploma in Business and IT.
Paul was the technical lead on several large mobility projects for UPC, delivering smart device solutions for the Field operations and Retail departments amongst others.
Customer Success Manager
Karyn is highly skilled communicator with 15 years’ experience in training, coaching and development within the telecommunications sector. Karyn has worked with O2 Telefonica Ireland for 12 years in a Training and Sales Managerposition.
Karyn holds a Masters of Business in Marketing and Management from the Limerick Institute of Technology and several industry and management qualifications. She is currently undertaking an MA at the Limerick Institute of Technology.
She is a successful and passionate individual whose career track record has stemmed from designing and implementing sales processes and structures tapping into customer needs and insights to drive performance. Karyn is an experienced coach with an innate passion to drive high performance in teams, people development and performance management to achieve business objectives.
Experienced Solutions Architect with a demonstrated history of working in the information technology and services industry. Skilled in Service Delivery and Enterprise Mobile Solutions. Strong engineering professional with a MSc focused in IT from Dublin Institute of Technology.
Sam worked in the IT/Telecommunications industry for over 14 years supporting a myriad of solutions in the Enterprise space.
He was with Vodafone for 9 ½ years supporting large, enterprise and government accounts using a wide range of solutions, for example, Blackberry, MDM, M2M and Femtocell. The job involved client liaison, project management and deploying solutions to the highest standards.
Sam has been the lead technical architect for some very challenging corporate solutions and is a recognised expert with over 500 Blackberry BES installations. Since joining CWSI Sam was involved in many projects with customers of all sizes.
Colm has worked in the IT service sector for over 15 years and has held roles varying from installations and field repairs through to specialised solution design for multinational organisations. Colm spent 8 years at Dell where he worked in tech support and sales departments dealing with public and large corporate accounts.
He holds a diploma in Sales & Marketing as well as many industry qualifications. Colm joined the CWSI team in 2013 as a presales consultant, and has leveraged his vast technical experience to learn about enterprise mobility and its application in business enablement for our customers. He is now widely qualified in multiple mobile technologies and has designed custom solutions for various market verticals, while constantly evaluating new technologies that enable IT departments to evolve at the speed of consumer demands.
Senior Mobility Support Consultant
With over 10 years of experience in the IT industry, Jason is an accredited Mobile Technology & EMM (MDM) consultant specialising in Android and with an interest in Linux, Virtualisation, Hosting, Disaster Recovery, IoT, Web Development and Open Source.
Before moving into Enterprise Mobility, he managed DR infrastructure across European datacentres and has in-depth knowledge of Data Management, DR processes and Data Recovery.
Jason previously worked in Vodafone Global Enterprise where he regularly dealt with Enterprise Companies and Government Departments, designing and deploying MDM solutions to support thousands of smart devices across leading MDM vendors, such as Airwatch and MobileIron.
Outside of work, he runs a successful technology website and surrounds himself with technology daily. He is also an avid Sousaphonist and travels regularly to play in various events.
Business Development Manager UK
Jim has been an IT executive for over 25-years developing markets for organisations such as Dell, Compaq and Intergraph.
The first half of his career was based in the Middle East developing the emerging markets, primarily focused on enterprise computing solutions. As technology trends moved to cloud computing and mobility so too did his business development career – in particular, the merging of IT and Mobile. He therefore knows first hand, all the security, management and business requirements when mobilising enterprise solutions.
He holds a BA (Hons) in Computer Science and an MBA from the University of Durham.
Senior Mobility Support Consultant
Chirag has worked in the IT industry for over 12 years and is accredited by leading MDM vendors such as MobileIron and Airwatch, as well as by Mobile Threat Prevention vendors such as Sandblast Mobile and Lookout. He also holds an MSc in IT.
Chirag has spent many years supporting complex Domino and Exchange environments for large Enterprise Companies and previously worked for HCL Great Britain and HCL Ireland where he managed teams supporting complex MDM environments on-site for customers.
He has worked on many Enterprise Mobility projects for customers from design through to deployment and in-life support.
Service Operations Manager
Heino has over 10 years’ experience in various areas of IT Services Delivery. His role is to focus on day-to-day operational delivery ensuring we achieve our SLAs and that our delivery teams are supported in their activities. He works closely with our Customer Success Manager to listen to our customers and make sure we are delivering on our Net Promoter Score (NPS) activities. Heino joined our team in May of this year after spending seven years working with IBM Ireland.
During his time at IBM, Heino supported multiple accounts and teams in various roles including Delivery, Project Management and Client Support Management. His last role at IBM was Service Delivery Manager supporting UK and Irish customers where he ensured the delivery of best-in-class Mobility Services.
Heino holds certificates in ITIL, Project Management and a BA in Business Administration. He is currently studying for a Higher Diploma in Science in Computing (Cyber Security) with National College of Ireland.
Kevin has over 16 years’ experience in the IT and telecommunications industry, working primarily for Vodafone UK and later Vodafone VGE. He started his IT career as a desktop support engineer, working his way up to the level of senior engineer, before moving into Blackberry support as an accredited senior engineer.
In that role, he was responsible for remote Blackberry enterprise server installations as well as providing pre– and post–installation support for external enterprise customers.
From Blackberry, he moved into the area of Enterprise Mobility where he was responsible for Solution Design and Configuration and for setting up enterprise customers’ hosted AirWatch solutions. Kevin has also led projects on customised staging of enterprise users’ smart devices. This would regularly involve site visits to establish customer requirements as well as providing product demonstrations. Kevin’s customers have included county councils, Blue Light Services and government departments.
